We are committed to produce the wire as per customer requirement, delivered equal to or exceeding the specified requirements of the product. The general philosophy is to operate and maintain the system which provide documentary evidence that the product has been made executed to the issued specification and were any deviation from this has been made that is recorded and approved.

PAWAN INDUSTRIES is committed to apply total quality management systems within its business to meet the requirements of the Customer as described below:

Periodic reviews of the performance of the processes within respective areas. When planned results are not achieved, correction and corrective measures is taken, as appropriate, to ensure conformity.

Document control, process control, quality checkpoints, inspection, constant monitoring of work quality with work safety and effective operation and maintenance management.

Continually improves the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of quality policy, safety policy, objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review.

Safety Programme

The company maintains and observed a rigorous safety program. A permanent safety supervisor is deployed working directly under the operations head and alongside the site supervisor to oversee and enforce safety in the work place & plant

Safety standards are always upheld. Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPEs), clothing is issued, and its use is made compulsory. In addition, any safety regulation applicable on its various sites is fully complied with and enforced.

1. Zero accidents.
2. Zero environmental incident.
3. All activities to be carried out in accordance with the standard safety working practice and procedures, SOPs.
4. All employees and contractor’s visitors assigned to the manufacturing responsible for their own safety and for those around them.

5. Regular safety toolbox meeting, Mass Meeting is being held with the workforce. 6. Proactive approach to safety management is adhered to at all times
7. Maintaining clean and tidy work place is of the utmost importance.
8. Regular reward and recognition program is being conducted.
